LAGOON

This week was the Galley Family Get Together. This year we went to Lagoon. Gary had a class he needed to go to on Thursday so we decided to go to SL on Wednesday night and get a few extra days at Lagoon. (We wanted to get use of our season passes)
Shae and Grandpa Galley getting ready to go on Wicked.

Grandpa was a good sport, We drug him all over Lagoon and he went on every ride we did. His first ride was Wicked. He also went on Colossus, the Spider, the Rocket, Ody sea and Rattlesnake Rapids. When he got off of the Rocket, the crowd was cheering him. It was so cool.
The kids were so impressed by him and his stamina. They think he is a pretty "cool" Grandpa!

Me and Grandpa on the Rocket (re-entry)

Garrison went to take Mya on the Lady Bug Bop and she decided to ride with Quayd, so Garrison got to ride by himself. (He's such a big boy!)

Quayd got tired of being told he couldn't ride rides because he was too little. His way of dealing with it was to grab a tube and take off for the Lazy River without his life jacket. Garrison saved the day by hanging out with him and making sure he didn't drown.
We decided to have a photo done at Pioneer Village. This one is our "funny" photo. Garrison really didn't want to do it but he was a good sport. I think he realized that it wasn't that bad

Playing games before dinner.
At this point we were kind of "Lagooned Out."
After dinner we went over and watched the live entertainment. It was songs of Broadway.
After that was over, we went on more rides.
By time the park closed, we were absolutely exhausted!
Three days of Lagoon & Lagoon a beach wore us out.
Sunday morning we got up, cleaned up our Trailers, and headed home.

Family Members in attendance...Brett, Mandy, Quayd, Gleneita, Talia Grandma & Grandpa, Braden and Mya, Gary, Tara, Garrison Shae, Eli and Amelia, and
the Montgomery's

People used to think that Grandpa/Dad was so great going on all the rides twenty years ago when Marcie and I were young. Also when he came to California and we went hiking up Moro Rock in Sequoia NP everybody thought that was amazing.
