GEO Cashing

I finally had a full week-end off of work. YEAH!!!! Gary didn't want to waste our Saturday just laying around so He investigated some local GEO caches and off we went. Our first Cache was pretty close to town. We found it rather fast. As you can see, Amelia is the only one that wanted to go with us. She is at the age where she still thinks that everything is fun. She loved climbing the tree to put the "log book" back where it belonged.
( Yes, she is still in her Halloween costume, She went as a doctor)

Our Second cache was in Maeser, We never did find it but Amelia had fun petting the horse and trying to feed it weeds from the side of the road.

Our last cache was in Tridell. We really aren't familiar with the area so we ended up hiking more than we had to. After we hiked over the hill we realized that there was a road right to the area where the cache was. (oh well, I needed the exercise)

The coordinated were off a bit so we had a hard time finding the box.
Inside were some plastic rings, marbles and toy cars. We left a glow in the dark skeleton that was left over from the Halloween carnival.

Amelia showing us her ring that she picked to take home.

We really had an enjoyable time. The only bad thing was that I stepped on a cactus on the way back to the car. Luckily it didn't go too far into my foot and I was able to just pull it out.
